Mag. Nicole Lettner is a research associate at the Institute of Management Sciences at the Vienna University of Technology and at the Institute of Leadership and Change Management at the JKU Linz. Her research interests include strategic topics such as how companies can deal with current challenges and successfully manage the digital transformation, specifically strategic change with a focus on ambidexterity, leadership and strategic knowledge management.
