Biography

Wolfgang Langeder, MA, MSc, is a Predoctoral Researcher in the Leadership & Strategy Research Group at the Institute of Management Science at TU Wien. His research focuses on the psychological and neuroscientific foundations that foster innovation, adaptivity, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Alongside his academic work, he supports leaders in innovation and change processes. He previously spent 12 years as a manager and management consultant in the European tech scene. He has lived and worked abroad for over a decade, primarily in Amsterdam. His academic background includes studies in business and neuropsychology in Vienna, Vancouver, Glasgow, and Utrecht.
