Synthesising academic research with professional architectural practice in my capacity as a Research Assistant at the IFM – Real Estate and Facility Management, Vienna University of Technology, my research explores the built environment at the intersection of architecture, real estate, and facility management. I focus particularly on urban strategies and the implications of digitalisation for architectural practice, workplace management, and workplace experience, with a regional emphasis on Europe and India.

I hold an M.Sc. in Urban Strategies from the University of Applied Arts Vienna (die Angewandte) and a B.Arch. from Visvesvaraya Technological University, India. With extensive experience at internationally recognized firms including Coop Himmelb(l)au and Architektur Consult, I have contributed to large-scale projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, spanning cultural, residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. This multifaceted experience underpins my analytical approach to planning, design, and development in Europe and India. I integrate research and practice, translating insights into innovative design and planning solutions.
