Integrating scholarly research with applied planning expertise in my capacity as a doctoral researcher at the Institute of Management Sciences, Vienna University of Technology, I am affiliated with the Real Estate and Facility Management (IFM) research group. My academic trajectory encompasses studies in Design, Interior Architecture and Architecture, culminating in a master’s degree from TU Wien with a specialisation in my master's thesis on Workplace Management.

My approach to workplace design is grounded in extensive planning experience within international and national interior architecture projects, for example, for BWM Designers and Architects in senior and project leadership roles. Central to my research is the proposition that hospitality-informed design principles possess the capacity to transform conventional work environments into spaces that support employee well-being at both a conscious level and through more nuanced, atmospheric and psychological dimensions of their daily work experience. This conceptual orientation is underpinned by my sustained engagement with contemporary workplace trends.
