We offer dedicated students the opportunity to write their bachelor's or master's thesis in a highly relevant and practice-oriented environment. Our research at the interface of real estate, technology, and management focuses on the challenges of tomorrow—from digital transformation and new ways of working to the circular economy in facility management.

1. Choose a topic: Choose from one of the topics listed or formulate your own idea.
2. Contact us: Send an email with your current resume, a current transcript, and (if you have your own topic) your exposé to the specified supervisor.
3. Initial meeting: We will schedule a meeting to clarify the framework conditions, the exact research question, and the schedule.
4. Registration: After successful coordination, the thesis will be officially registered with the faculty.
