We are pleased to invite you to the Innovation Challenge 2026 at the TU Wien!

We’re looking for innovative solutions, progressive trends and creative approaches to stimulate the further development of the industry.

Your advantages

The TU Vienna offers participants of the “Innovation Challenge” on November 4, 2026 the opportunity to present and discuss new ideas.

The industry audience will vote for a winner who will receive a free Bronze Partnership* from IFM for the IFM Congress.

In addition, all participants of the Innovation Challenge 2026 benefit from a 25% discount on the conference packages.

The participating innovators will have the unique opportunity to exchange ideas personally with owners, developers and users and to create new networks at the 19th IFM Congress 2026.

To carry out the “Innovation Challenge”, the IFM at TU Wien and the Austrian Association of the Real Estate Industry (ÖVI) have been working together for years. They use their expertise and networks to exchange knowledge and stimulate the industry every year with the “Innovation Challenge”.
