The participation fee is charged per person. It includes participation in the respective event, catering (refreshments, refreshments during breaks, lunch) and participation in the evening event. After receipt of your registration you will receive an invoice by e-mail, payable within 14 days of receipt without deduction. Admission can only be granted if we have received payment in advance or if conclusive proof of payment can be provided on the day of the event. We reserve the right to make changes to the programme, postponements or cancellations for important reasons. Printing errors and mistakes do not give rise to any claims. Any cancellation must be made in writing by e-mail: office@ifm.tuwien.ac.at. If we receive the cancellation by 13.08.2024, the participation fee will be refunded in full. In the event of no-show or cancellation from 14.08.2024, there is no entitlement to a refund. However, if you are unable to attend, you can nominate a replacement person from your company. By registering, you give your consent to the transmission of information material by e-mail or for marketing purposes of our partners. We would like to point out that pictures and videos will be taken at the event. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please contact us (office@ifm.tuwien.ac.at).
