Developments such as the digital transformation, demographic change and increasing globalization are continuously presenting new challenges to organizations and the managers working in them. The Austrian Management Review, which is published annually, bridges the gap between theory and practice in a straightforward manner. It sees itself as a forum for dialogue that combines the rigor of science and the relevance of corporate practice. In cooperation with corporate managers, the latest results from the university's learning and research workshop are reviewed and approaches to solutions are discussed as to how companies can be made fit for the strategic challenges of an uncertain future.
