Registration procedure

The registration for CMAM 2026 will be open from April 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026. In order to register, you will have to

The registration fee includes:

  • the admission to all scientific sessions of CMAM 2026,
  • room setup and use of audio/visual equipment,
  • the coffee breaks made available during the event,
  • the welcome reception on Monday, July 20, 2026,
  • the conference dinner in a typical Viennese restaurant on Thursday, July 23, 2026.

Participants affiliated with TU Wien must contact the local organizers at cmam2026@asc.tuwien.ac.at  before paying the registration fee as special rules apply for TU-internal money transfers (so-called "Innerbetriebliche Verrechnung").

The deadline for the early-bird fee is on May 31, 2026.

The deadline for completing the registration procedure (payment of the conference fee) is on June 30, 2026.

The table contains the registration fees for CMAM 2026. The first column distinguishes between the Student and Regular categories. The next two columns contain the prices for the respective categories depending on the time of booking, namely Early Bird and Standard.

Please note that possible bank fees (e.g., currency conversion fees) must be paid by the participants. 

*Student rate attendees (undergraduate or PhD students, no postdocs) might be requested to provide a proof of their student status (e.g., student ID or a letter by the head of their department) upon registration.

Invitation letters

Participants in need of an invitation letter (e.g., to apply for a visa) should contact the local organizers at cmam2026@asc.tuwien.ac.at providing all the information that should appear on the letter. Please note that letters of invitation will be sent only to registered conference attendees and/or presenting authors of an abstract that has been officially accepted for presentation.
