Registration procedure

The registration for CMAM 2022 will be open from May 1, 2022 to August 1, 2022. In order to register, you will have to

  • first fill out a registration form (NOW CLOSED)
  • then pay the registration fee.

The registration fee includes:

  • the admission to all scientific sessions of CMAM 2022,
  • room setup and use of audio/visual equipment,
  • the coffee breaks made available during the event,
  • the welcome reception on Monday, August 29, 2022,
  • the conference dinner in a typical Viennese restaurant on Thursday, September 1, 2022.

Payment of the registration fee will be possible by bank transfer (see below). Participants affiliated with TU Wien must contact the local organizers at before paying the registration fee as special rules apply for TU-internal money transfers (so-called "Innerbetriebliche Verrechnung").

The deadline for the early-bird fee is on July 1, 2022.

The deadline for completing the registration procedure (compilation of the registration form + payment of the conference fee) is on August 1, 2022.

*Student rate attendees (undergraduate or PhD students, no postdocs) might be requested to provide a proof of their student status (e.g., student ID or a letter by the head of their department) upon registration.

Invitation letters

Participants in need of an invitation letter (e.g., to apply for a visa) should contact the local organizers at providing all the information that should appear on the letter. Please note that letters of invitation will be sent only to registered conference attendees and/or presenting authors of an abstract that has been officially accepted for presentation.
