Under the digital sick note system, which has been in place since March, superiors are automatically notified when an employee reports in sick. This arrangement has now also been extended to project leaders with effect from 1 April.

In addition – to provide a quick overview of absences – the team calendar in SAP Services has been updated for superiors.

Sick leave days are grouped under the ‘Absences’ heading and displayed there. The period of absence is highlighted in “RED” throughout. Public holidays are indicated without an “X”.
