Scientific presentation on the Healing Gallery

As part of the Institute's newly established course Field trip Healing Gallery - Hyperthermia and Radon Therapy, opens an external URL in a new window - in cooperation with Prof. Margit Gföhler from the Institute for Engineering Design and Product Development, opens in new window - a total of 30 students from the Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering and 4 Professors visited Bad Gastein.

The highlight of the excursion was a guided trip into the Healing Gallery, followed by a lecture on the mode of action of therapy, possible uses and scientific monitoring of hyperthermia and radon therapy, as well as the foundation of the world-famous Bad Gasteiner Healing Gallery, opens an external URL in a new window as a unique therapy.
