Info

Aurélie hold a bachelor in Chemistry (University Pierre and Marie Curie, Paris, France) and a master degree in Green Chemistry (University Savoie Mont-Blanc, Chambéry, France) with her master thesis completed at Monash University (Melbourne, Australia). In 2015, she completed her doctorate at RWTH Aachen (Germany) with her work done at Forschungszentrum Jülich dealing with experimental characterization and thermodynamic modeling of high Cr ferritic steel. She, then, continue as Post-Doctoral and Senior Postoral researcher at the Institute of Materials Science and Technology (E308) at TU Wien, in the development of thermodymamic database and understanding of metallic materials precipitation of phases.

Since May 2025, Aurélie joined the research team and work on her Elise Richter project for the development of thermodynamic model for the prediction of stacking fault energy in metallic systems.

Her current research interest includes the development of thermodynamic models for metallic systems as well as for cement materials
