We are an open list, mainly founded by members of the Initiative Unterbau TU Wien, a grassroots movement since 2022, fighting for your rights.

We are diverse in age, gender, faculties, and academic positions (most of us have fixed-term contracts!), and we are very committed to making TU Wien a better place for all!

Our 3 most important demands:

unlimited contracts if you already fund your own position
fair pay for teaching instead of overloading us with work
be able to finish your PhD in reasonable time (3-4 years)
