Johannes Suitner appointed as Visiting Professor

Our colleague Johannes Suitner will be Visiting Professor at Université Rennes 2 in France.

In March 2023, our colleague Johannes Suitner will be moving to Brittany. At Université Rennes 2, he will be Guest Professor at the International Chair of Humanities and Social Sciences. During his stay he will provide insight into his current research on the governance of urban sustainability transformation and Vienna's urban planning history through several lectures and classes. The stay will also serve to establish research collaborations and expand the European research network of the SRF and the Institute of Spatial Planning at TU Wien.

Johannes Suitner applied for the visiting professorship in spring 2022 and prevailed in a multi-stage application process against a large number of international candidates. We are happy about this success and wish him a great stay in France!
