Not only urban centres, but also rural areas face a variety of mobility challenges. Our research therefore focuses on the development of innovative mobility concepts that integrate peripheral regions into existing transport networks efficiently and sustainably and create new services. In doing so, we take into account both the specific characteristics of the infrastructure and the individual mobility needs of the population. Our approach aims to significantly improve accessibility and quality of life in rural areas through tailor-made solutions. We are exploring new approaches that enable flexible, demand-driven mobility while strengthening regional structures.
