Within the framework of our research project "GECAR - Gender-sensitive e-car sharing, opens an external URL in a new window", we are currently conducting a survey on individual usage behaviour in the mobility sector with regard to social roles and motivations of non-users.

We are particularly interested in the gender component. To date, (e-)car sharing services are mainly used by men. Accordingly, the systems are primarily adapted to meet the needs of male participants. Our research project addresses this issue. What positive as well as negative experiences have different groups had with (e-)car sharing?

For a sustainable mobility of the future, a fundamental shift in car use is inevitable! Help us actively improve the mobility services offered!
