We attended the 10th World Congress of Biomechanics (WCB 2026), opens an external URL in a new window in Vancouver, Canada. As part of the international congress, we presented our poster, “Oxygen Transport during High-frequency Jet Ventilation using CFD with Dynamic Boundary Conditions,” and shared our team’s latest findings and research priorities.

In addition, Professor Gföhler served as one of the co-chairs of the “Clinical Practice – Upper Extremity” session and was thus actively involved in its scientific organization and moderation.

Once again this year, the WCB provided an important platform for international exchange and networking among scientists from around the world and we are already looking forward to the next one.
