TU.impact, TU Wien’s female empowerment program for the winter semester of 2026, is ready to go, and this time the TU Career Center has included four exciting companies in the program: Austrian Power Grid AG, AVL List GmbH, EVN AG, and Hitachi Rail Austria GmbH.

At TU.impact, you’ll not only earn 3 ECTS credits, but you’ll also have the opportunity to show high school girls during a TU Open House just how exciting technical education paths can be. At the same time, you can look forward to Q&A sessions with four experienced TU female alumni as well as employees from the companies mentioned, engaging soft-skills workshops, and a safe space for an open exchange of experiences.
