A new university course at the TU Academy for Continuing Education traditionally begins with a welcome reception, a festive event to officially welcome the new students of the year. Each year group forms a kind of class community, as students attend courses with a maximum of 29 other students and get to know each other well over the course of two years.

Course director Vice Dean Prof. Dr. Bob Martens welcomed the new students and introduced the participants to each other. Networking is an important asset of the real estate courses at TU Wien and is intensively promoted from day one.

This year's class is particularly diverse and not only has a balanced gender ratio, but is also very heterogeneous in terms of age and previous professional experience. This group composition promises students exciting exchanges during and after the courses.

In addition to the introductory round, there was an introduction to the TU Wien learning platform, followed by light refreshments and an opportunity for mutual exchange.

If you are interested, you can still enroll in this year's course until the end of November. The advantages are obvious: in addition to the qualification and the network, graduates receive the commercial qualifications for the professions of property developer, real estate agent, and property manager (in combination with relevant professional experience) in just four semesters while working full-time, as well as the university title “Academic Real Estate Consultant and Property Manager.”

After completing the four semesters, you can continue your studies in the Bachelor Upgrade Program if you wish, in order to obtain an academic degree and, if necessary, follow up with a master's degree later on.

If you would like to start your continuing education at short notice, take advantage of this opportunity. Please contact the real estate team at the TU Wien Academy for Continuing Education.
