Ski touring week in South Tyrol

At the beginning of March, alumni of the TU Wien Academy for Continuing Education took part in an inspiring ski touring week in South Tyrol, organized by our dean Wolfgang H. Güttel.

Based in the beautiful Matschertal valley (Glieshof), the group completed daily tours covering around 1,000 to 1,200 meters of altitude and reached impressive peaks of up to 3,300 meters in glorious sunshine . Led by an experienced mountain and ski guide, the week offered the perfect mix of sporting challenge, breathtaking Alpine scenery, and good company.
