As of 31 January 2026, 1 p.m.
Due to the current security incident, the following security measures were necessary. We will communicate the current status via Finance News.
- SAP E_User passwords have been reset. This affects all persons who work directly in SAP.
(Note: SAP Services is not affected because the TU password is used for this.) - TUinsight and the planning database are currently only accessible from the TU network.
Reset your password for SAP E_User:
- Open the website sap.tuwien.ac.at
- Log in to SAP Services with your new TU password
- Select the tile ‘Service functions’
- Click on ‘Unlock SAP E-User/initial password’
- Select the green button ‘Request initial password’
- The requested password will then be sent to you by email.
- Use this to log into SAP once and set a new SAP password that is different from your previous one.
