"Round Table" organized by French ambassy in Vienna.

The discussion was moderated by Katell Coueraud and Adélaïde Brouillet, who guided a rich and insightful exchange on leadership, representation, and the challenges and opportunities for women in strategic sectors.

Three Persons at a Meeting

On the occasion of the International Women’s Day, on 9th March, Agathe Robisson and Aurélie Jacob were invited at the French Ambassy to take part in the roundtable discussion title: « Accessing, working and contributing in strategic fields:Meet women in decision-making roles ». 

Three inspiring women shared their experiences, leadership journeys, and perspectives on the importance of diversity in strategic and high-responsibility positions: 

  • Karoline Resch, Colonel in the General Staff and Battalion Commander in the Austrian Federal Army,

  • Maria Scholl, Editor-in-Chief at APA,

  • Karine Herviou, Deputy Director General for Nuclear Safety and Security at the IAEA,

Following the roundtable, a cocktail reception offered the opportunity to continue the conversation in a more informal setting, where we had the pleasure of meeting Rector Jens Schneider.
