To this end, the spatial layout was opened up to allow for flexibility in working, encourage communication and strengthen knowledge transfer. The office area, totalling just under 170 m², is now divided into two large rooms and a secretarial office with an entrance area.
One of the two large rooms has been designed as a co-working space, offering desk sharing as well as a variety of working environments to encourage collaboration. This not only takes sustainable densification into account. Several lounge areas within a single room also facilitate interaction, variety and proximity.
The second room serves, on the one hand, as a meeting room for hosting clients and, on the other, can also be used for project work. Tables and touchscreens on castors, along with a flexible whiteboard and pinboard system, enable the room to be adapted quickly for temporary use.
