The lecture hall lighting needed to be replaced as spare parts were no longer available for the existing fluorescent lamps and covers, and in some areas the illuminance had fallen to just a third of the recommended levels. A modern, energy-efficient LED solution was therefore developed which conserves resources and could be implemented quickly.

The new lighting meets all requirements for high-quality, uniform illumination in the lecture area. An intelligent control system further enhances comfort and efficiency: when the room is vacated, the lights are gently dimmed and switch off automatically after ten minutes – ensuring greater safety, energy savings and sustainable operation.
