As part of the course, students engage directly on-site with mobility planning and urban space during joint walks. Current developments in the urban area are examined, discussed with practitioners, and students apply their own methods of empirical spatial research. In this way, the course combines theoretical knowledge with first-hand impressions on the ground, giving students direct access to current issues in mobility and urban planning.
