Mobility Demand Data Symposium: New data for mobility research

On 18 November, MultiMoFusion is hosting the Mobility Demand Data Symposium on new data sources for mobility analysis and planning.

How can new data sources help us to better understand mobility demand? This question is the focus of the Mobility Demand Data Symposium on 18 November 2026 at the Seestadt Technology Centre.

As part of the MultiMoFusion research project, MOVE, together with its project partners, has investigated and combined smartphone tracking and anonymised mobile phone movement data. At the symposium, key findings from the project will be presented and potential applications for research and practice discussed. The clear presentation and communication of mobility data, for example using storymaps, will also be addressed.
