On Thursday, April 30, we had the opportunity to present a talk titled “Artificial Intelligence in Building Operations: Efficiency, Sustainability, and Future-Proofing” as part of the “Gebäude im Fokus” event, co-hosted by our partner Immotech Austria.

The focus was on current approaches, such as how data-driven methods and AI technologies can sustainably transform the assessment, optimization, and management of buildings. In particular, applications in automated building assessment and condition evaluation, AI-supported energy and operational efficiency, and intelligent asset management were presented.

We would like to thank the organizers and all participants for the engaging exchange and the interesting discussions regarding the future of digital and sustainable building systems.
