Giancarlos Parady from the Urban Transportation Research Unit at the University of Tokyo visits TU Wien

During a joint meeting with Markus Schweiger (Head of International Relations and Global Affairs), Thomas Rief (JASEC) and Takeru Shibayama (Research Unit of Transport Planning and Traffic Engineering), discussions focused on further strengthening and expanding an already highly active collaboration.

Giancarlos Parady from the Urban Transportation Research Unit at the University of Tokyo visits TU Wien

The partnership between TU Wien and the School of Engineering, The University of Tokyo dates back to 1981 and has remained continuously active ever since. In addition, agreements with the Graduate School of Information Science and Technology, the Graduate School of Frontier Sciences, and the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences enable TU Wien researchers to conduct research at one of the world’s top-ranked universities.

Giancarlos Parady is currently on sabbatical in Munich and took the opportunity to visit research partners in Vienna.
