As part of its comprehensive decarbonisation programme, in 2025 BIG is implementing targeted measures to sustainably reduce energy consumption in the BH building. The replacement of the courtyard windows and the insulation of the unstructured façade and the top floor ceiling have already been completed. Comprehensive pipe insulation will follow by the end of the year.

Plans for 2026 include the modernisation and extension of the external sun protection system, including electric controls – an important step in adapting to climate change, which will ensure significantly greater comfort for our users, particularly during the summer months.
