On Thursday, 19 March 2026, cycleFIT will be taking part in the HTU Mobility Day in Courtyard 1 (Hof 1) at TU Wien. Between around 11:00 and 15:00, a variety of activities related to sustainable mobility on campus will take place.

The Mobility Agency Vienna will provide a bike repair station, offering support with small service and repair tasks. The HTU will run a waffle stand and will also present their cars and cargo bikes.

cycleFIT will also contribute with several activities. Among other things, a cargo bike course is planned, which visitors can try out directly on site. Marked with chalk and possibly complemented by small obstacles, the course invites participants to test cargo bikes or other bicycles in a playful way. In addition, there will be the cycleFIT feedback box: in personal conversations we will collect insights about barriers and challenges related to cycling at TU Wien - from missing bike parking to unsafe spots on the way to the university. The feedback will be documented digitally on site and will feed into the further development of the project.
