The team, which was previously spread across two sites, now works in the extensively modernised premises of the former TU Academy. The centralised location enhances collaboration, communication and operational efficiency.

As part of the refurbishment, the premises were modernised, the IT infrastructure was upgraded and the lighting was converted to energy-efficient LED technology. An optimised layout, modern facilities, digital door signs and accessibility improvements create a contemporary working environment.
With the consolidation of Campus IT, TU Wien now has a modern, high-performance site that promotes exchange within the department and reinforces support for research, teaching and administration in the long term.
