We are pleased to announce the 1st International Symposium on Three-Dimensional Nanomagnetism (3DMAG 2026), which will be held in Vienna, Austria, from July 13 to 17, 2026.
Three-dimensional nanomagnetism is an emerging research field that explores magnetic materials and phenomena in three dimensions at the nanoscale. By extending nanomagnetism beyond planar geometries, researchers are uncovering new physical effects arising from complex topologies, curvature, and increased degrees of freedom. These developments are opening exciting opportunities for both fundamental science and technological applications.
As the first international symposium dedicated exclusively to this topic, 3DMAG 2026 aims to bring together researchers from a broad range of disciplines, including nanofabrication, magnetic characterization, theoretical modeling, spin topology, magnetization dynamics, spintronics, and magnetic nanodevices. The meeting will provide a unique forum for discussing recent advances, current challenges, and future directions in the rapidly growing field of 3D nanomagnetism.
To encourage interaction and collaboration, the conference will be organized in a single-session format featuring invited and contributed talks.
