Housing is a basic human need. Real estate trustees make this basic need their profession. This university course of TU Wien offers you a qualification with which you can independently solve all problems related to residential and commercial real estate.

Within the framework of this university course, KURIER is awarding a scholarship of EUR 10,000 this year, thus enabling a scholarship holder from the real estate sector to continue his or her education at university level and to perfect his or her expertise in the real estate sector. Through this special sponsorship, KURIER contributes to the development of excellently trained real estate trustees in Austria.

A complete application consists of:

• Application form with passport photo (resolution: 284 x 426 px; jpg. png. or gif.)
• Curriculum vitae (max. two pages),
• letter of motivation,
• certificates and transcripts of academic degrees already obtained, subject-specific further education as well as Matura certificate (copy),
• if applicable, proof of previous enrollments at Austrian universities,
• Copy of passport.

Applications will be considered until April 30, 2022.

The scholarship will be awarded by a jury. The deductible for the scholarship holder is EUR 5,900. Legal recourse is excluded. The winner will be notified in writing.

Contents of the university course:
Legal fundamentals; real estate & housing law; economic fundamentals; construction & building technology; valuation, financing & project management; real estate trusteeship; applied real estate management.

Modalities: 4 semesters, part-time
Admission: General university entrance qualification or equivalent qualification
Graduation: Academic real estate consultant & real estate manager of the TU Wien with proof of commercial qualification
