This year too, around 3,200 visitors from the real estate industry met in the Hofburg to network, dance and make a contribution to a charity project at the 17th Real Estate Ball, opens an external URL in a new window. The total donation sum of 75,000 euros from all tickets and sponsorship money from 2023 went to the non-profit organization Football Helps, opens an external URL in a new window as the result of the public vote.

The glittering ball night was opened by the Vienna State Opera Ballet and the ball committee of the Vienna dance schools. The punctuated halls of the Hofburg offered plenty of space for dancing and exchanging ideas.

Our alumni and students of the TU WIEN ACE real estate programs met in the antechamber at the invitation of ImmoABS, opens an external URL in a new window (the alumni association of the real estate courses at the Vienna University of Technology) and the two board members Birgit Trofer and Astrid Grantner-Fuchs. This outstanding alumni and student network draws its strength from the fact that it developed from joint real estate studies and is constantly growing - a network for life!
