For a period of around 20 years she has gained valuable experience in managing and consulting projects, programmes, managing and supporting changes and developing people. Between 2009 and 2013 she was partner in Roland Gareis Consulting in Vienna and Bucharest. Her experience derives from different industries and change types. She is a lecturer at SKEMA Business School, the WU Vienna University of Economics and Business, the Donau University Krems, the Lauder Business School and at several other universities.
