Why do traditional approaches to innovation fail – and how can you stay ahead in the long term with EPOC? Dr Gerhard Plasonig, Honorary Professor at the Technical University of Munich and an entrepreneur himself, has advised numerous companies in the fields of technology transfer and innovation. In this Expert Talk, Dr Plasonig will discuss with you the evolutionary approach offered by the EPOC model (‘Equivalence of Product, Organization and Culture’) and will illustrate this with examples from his many years of experience.
