The event at TU Wien provided a wonderful opportunity for the students to meet their "elder" companions of ETIA 17, network, and engage in meaningful conversations with the faculty.

Representing TU Wien were the program team together with the Academic Director for the last 17 years, Hans Puxbaum, his successor Johann Fellner and several faculty members, among them Christina Huber (an ETIA alumna and lecturer for "Energy and the Environment"). They warmly welcomed the new students and shared insights about the program and the exciting possibilities ahead. Present on behalf of the Vienna School of International Studies were Director Emil Brix, Academic Director Holger Hestermeyer and Head of the Academic Administration Anna Exinger, congratulating all students on choosing this challenging, but immensely rewarding MSc program.

Senior Program Manager at TU Wien, Isabelle E. Starlinger encouraged the students: "You will profit from the diversity, learn from each other and bring different perspectives to the complex challenges we face today".

We are thrilled to have this diverse ETIA18 cohort on board – best wishes for their studies!
