Sabine Plakolm-Forsthuber

Sabine Plakolm-Forsthuber studied art history and Italian at the University of Vienna and the Università per Stranieri, Perugia; she habilitated at the TU Wien in 2000. She is currently a lecturer at the TU Wien and at the University of Vienna. Her publications focus on the field of Austrian art and architecture of the 19th to 21st centuries, on women Austrian artists and architects, on the architecture of Italian women’s monasteries in the Renaissance, and on art under National Socialism.
