Paul Hahnenkamp

Paul Hahnenkamp is a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute for Constitutional and Administrative Law at the University of Vienna. He studied law and history in Vienna and Leuven. From 2022 to 2025, he worked in the legal research department of the Institute of Spatial Planning at the Vienna University of Technology. His current research focuses in particular on issues relating to fundamental property rights and environmental and climate protection law.
